MSIDC stands for Stolle Consult – managed services for innovation, digitalization and change management. MSIDC steers banks, computer centres and software producers in the right direction. That includes financial/IT service suppliers, trading firms and companies in the automobile industry when entering new market segments and digitalizing change processes.
Michael Stolle is a corporate consultant working in global dimension and an expert with many years of experience in customer self-service and retail cash management. The core business of his professional expertise is translating complex monetary transaction processes from banks, financial service suppliers and trading firms into the digital world. As a professional trader, Michael Stolle was the CEO of various IT service suppliers with a global strategy for trade and banks. Beyond this, he was successful as the managing director/executive consultant of corporate consultancy for trade, banks and financial service suppliers for 10 years. This is where he piloted approximately 40 customer projects to success and putting them into practice.
Michael Stolle puts his customers on the journey through the entire change process by implementing holistic digitalization strategies – from analysing business processes through defining streamlining strategies right down to building new structures and cutting-edge processes. His core services are invitations for bids, business partner management, team and conflict management and tackling the entire project management process in the transformation phase.
When we were established
MSIDC was established in 2017. At the end of 2016, the MSIDC holder and CEO Michael Stolle sold his shares in the SHC Stolle & Heinz Consultants GmbH & Co. KG consultancy to put greater energies into its core business, i.e. strategic corporate and management consultancy.
Managed services are the focus of the pioneering ingenuity of MSIDC for innovations, digitalization and change processes. That includes banks and financial service suppliers with a core business targeting self-service, cash management and payment systems.
But that’s not all. MSIDC also offers support in implementing their digitalization strategy to companies from other non-bank branches while helping foreign companies launch themselves to the German market.
One special feature of this new consultancy is the full-service approach – MSIDC supports all successful customer projects in the entire process – from the target-actual analysis through the development of the right strategy right down to implementation, placement of the experts and management personal and checking success.
